They say that lucky people create their own luck. Indeed, Lucky created his own luck. His story begins on the Path of Truth.

Lucky was told that Truth was the final destination. However, to reach Truth, he would have to pass through both Darkness and Light. Darkness and Light could not speak in this story—they were to be felt.

With resolve, Lucky put one foot in front of the other and began to walk the path.

As Lucky approached Darkness, he began to feel uneasy. Sadness, anger, pain, and shame began to overwhelm him. His deepest fears and inner demons surfaced. He couldn’t escape these emotions while Darkness loomed. No matter how hard he tried to resist, nothing worked. Eventually, exhausted, Lucky stopped fighting. Darkness remained still, and Lucky stood still too. In that moment, as he ceased resisting, he began to embrace Darkness. And in that embrace, Darkness instantly disappeared.

Lucky continued to sit still, observing the sensations and emotions in his body. The feelings he had once experienced with Darkness had faded.

He continued on his path.

Next, Lucky encountered Lightness. This time, the experience was different. A sensation of compassion, love, openness, and acceptance washed over him. While Lucky had known love before, he had never known self-love or self-acceptance. In the past, he had resisted these feelings. But now, he relaxed, feeling at ease as he embraced the idea that he could accept all aspects of himself—both good and bad. That, he realized, was love. He felt his heart open, and with this epiphany, Lightness disappeared.

Having crossed paths with both Darkness and Lightness, Lucky now knew that Truth was around the corner.

But Truth was not just around the corner, as Lucky had hoped. His impatience grew, and he began to wonder if perhaps it was time to give up. Defeated, Lucky reflected on his experiences with Darkness and Lightness. While each had brought different emotions and lessons, one thing was clear: both had disappeared when Lucky chose to fully embrace the emotions they brought.

With nothing left to lose, Lucky decided to sit still with the emotions of both Darkness and Lightness that he had experienced. Truth was felt instantaneously. Truth was never a distant destination—it had always been found in the union of Darkness and Lightness. They were always part of Lucky. Truth was never something to search for; it only needed to be felt.

This was only the beginning of Lucky’s story. He is remembered as the one who took his destiny into his own hands, the one who created his own reality. He broke the generational cycle by finding his own truth within. His act of bravery to look inwards changed the course of the future for the young Lucky’s to come.
